Ordering

To ensure that you will receive the product you are requesting, please note that:

1. You must use our online Order Form.
2. You must send PayPal funds, a Money Order or a Check within 7 calendar days to ensure that the order is not cancelled from our system.
3. We will not cash your check until we ship your merchandise.
4. You may use our Check Availability buttons located throughout the site. If an item is not in stock, you may have to wait an extended period of time, depending on the availability of the product.

Returns

All sales are final, however you may cancel your order at any time before we complete shipment to you by sending us an e-mail confirming your cancellation. Please do not call.

Defective merchandise purchased from Kennedy Composites must be returned within 30 days. The packaging should be included along with a description of the failure. All defective merchandise will be replaced upon receiving and verifying the defect, depending on stock on hand. Do not damage the merchandise or packaging further by writing on it or trying to fix it, doing so may void replacement. 

Before returning an item, an email should be sent to us requesting permission to return the item. In this email the reason for the return should be clearly explained. If there is a technical problem we will try our best to help resolve it, before mailing items back and forth. Once permission for a return is granted, the item can be returned to the above address.     

All returned merchandise purchased directly form Kennedy Composites must be received within 30 days of purchase.  A return authorization must be issued before the product is returned. To return goods, the merchandise must be unused and in it's original undamaged packaging.  A 15 % restocking fee is accessed on all returned merchandise in addition to shipping and handling charges.  Once the item is returned to us, you will be given the option of using that credit towards another item or having a refund issued. In addition , a short description of why you are returning the item is required, either on paper or by email.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Kennedy Composites assumes no liability for typographical errors, software bugs, or incorrect pricing on our web page.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Special order requests (such as color, construction, etc.) require full payment in advance and are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Shipping

All prices quoted for shipping refer to continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries please contact us for a quote.

All shipments are FOB Grand Prarie, Texas, USA and are insured for their value. It is the customer's reponsibility to file a claim with the shipper for all parcels damaged during shipment.
