Mojave, five miles east of highway 14. From Los Angeles: take highway 5
north to highway 14 north; approx 2 hours drive.

Two dirt glider strips 2000'x150' (Rwy 24) and 1600'x150' (Rwy
06) are constructed 325' south of Rwy 06-24 centerline. East
ldg strip paved 1000'x30'.Glider traffic is left for both Rwys.
Power traffic is right for Rwy 24.
Parachute drop zones are at the south-west
corner of the field and active daily. |
Camping
Camping is allowed on the airport, with showers available. Motels are
within twelve miles and we have a restaurant on the field. RVs are
welcome, limited hookup services. |
